RN Home Health 40hrs weekly pay $3050
Location: Multiple Locations in CA state
Care Manager RN - Home Health
Day Shift - M-F 8am-5pm. Rotating weekends required as apart of the 40 hours. EPIC experience required. Will also need to be able to fill in at Glendale when needed.
Requiring HCHB EMR experience.
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
Valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
Current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile: Required
Pay: $3,050.00 per week
