Job Summary
Albrecht CDJR of Westboro is seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales process, develop strategic sales initiatives, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and business partners. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals through effective coaching and performance management
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) and retail markets
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting through closing, ensuring consistent follow-up on leads such as cold calls, outbound outreach, and inbound inquiries
- Conduct high-end sales negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Oversee inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels for high-demand vehicles while minimizing excess inventory
- Support marketing initiatives by participating in public speaking engagements, promotional events, and community outreach to boost dealership visibility
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have 5 years experience as Sales Manager and have CDJR experience.
- Proven experience in automobile sales with a strong background in retail and B2B environments
- Demonstrated success in sales management, including team leadership, coaching, and performance tracking
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close high-value deals effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM software, inventory control systems, and retail math calculations
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
- Experience with dealership operations such as inventory management, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence
- Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Pay: $82,740.87 - $150,000.00 per year
