This is not your typical front desk role — this is a customer-facing, sales-driven position where you’ll engage with patients, recommend memberships, and help grow the clinic.
What You’ll Do
- Create a welcoming, high-energy first impression for every patient
- Educate patients on membership plans, packages, and benefits
- Drive sales, upgrades, and renewals (this role includes bonus opportunities)
- Handle check-ins, payments, and scheduling efficiently
- Track daily performance metrics (visits, conversions, memberships)
- Support clinic flow and work closely with the chiropractor
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in sales, retail, fitness, or hospitality (preferred)
✅ Comfortable talking about pricing and closing sales
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
✅ Thrives in a fast-paced, walk-in environment
✅ Reliable, coachable, and performance-driven
✅ Basic computer and POS/payment experience

Schedule
- 4-day workweek (full-time)
- 3 weekdays: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1 weekend day: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional travel between nearby clinics

This position is with an independently owned and operated franchise location. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not The Joint Chiropractic corporate.
