Entryway Central Florida, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to workforce development and housing access, is offering a FREE 7-day, in-person Apartment Maintenance Training in Tampa, FL, culminating in a Hiring Fair with multifamily employers.
Participants will also receive FREE EPA Training and Testing, an industry-recognized certification that is highly valued by apartment communities and property management companies.
Led by professionals in the multifamily industry, this immersive training will equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to launch a career in apartment maintenance. Participants will also complete virtual coursework through PerformanceHQ and receive financial literacy training from TD Bank to help build long-term financial stability.

Program Eligibility
Entryway is a nonprofit workforce development program designed to serve individuals who are currently experiencing or at risk of housing instability. Applicants must meet this eligibility requirement and successfully pass a background check to participate.
