The Curbside job is to receive, manage and fulfill our curbside/to-go orders. The curbside job operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Curbside position must provide excellent customer service skills, and accuracy with all orders.
Curbside Job Expectations

Daily priorities include accurately packing and staging orders for customer Curbside orders.

Ensure pickup orders are complete before they leave the building, following up with customers on any returns, order changes / mistakes, or abandoned orders.

Communicating and providing assistance with online Curbside customers via the phone.

Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean, tidy, sanitary, and prepped well during and after the shift.

Pay is $8.00 an hour plus tips

Friendly, motivated, self-driven and willing to go the extra mile to make a memorable experience for Curbside customers.

Has a high level of accuracy/attention to detail and is able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while working within deadlines a must.

Kitchen/Serving experiences a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In November 2007, Brooks Bassler founded BB’s with the original 1,100-square-foot restaurant at Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, Texas. It was the perfect starter!
