Your Responsibilities
- Be available to fill any open shift, any day, any time
- Comfortably step into new client homes and quickly establish rapport
- Provide personal care, companionship, transportation, meals, errands, and light housekeeping
- When no care shifts are available, support the office with: Clinical work
- Caregiver training events
- Community/recruiting events
- Report updates and client concerns to the office
- Be flexible, dependable, and ready to adapt on the fly
What We’re Looking For
- Complete flexibility — weekdays, weekends, days, evenings
- Confidence in new environments and with new clients
- Strong communication and sound judgment
- 100% reliability — you always show up
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior caregiving experience
