Manage controlled documents, procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
Coordinate internal audits and maintain audit schedules.
Support management reviews, customer audits, and third-party certification audits.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
Coordinate safety training (PPE use, Lock-out/Tagout, hazard communication, emergency response, etc.).
Maintain OSHA logs, injury/illness data, and other safety documentation.
Lead safety committee meetings and promote employee engagement in safety initiatives.
Support development and implementation of emergency response plans.
Conduct drills (fire, spill response, evacuation) and evaluate effectiveness.
Develop, maintain, and improve QMS to ensure compliance with IAtF16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 and customer-specific requirements.
