Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing ventilators.
- Perform detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with best practices and hospital protocols.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Execute advanced procedures such as IV insertion, catheterization, tube feeding management, and aseptic technique to ensure optimal patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and specialists in trauma medicine, infectious disease care, and cardiology to coordinate patient treatment plans..
Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,534.00 per week
