- Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes with a warm and welcoming approach
- Utilize advanced technology to handle reservations, credit card transactions, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accuracy in financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliations
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- No specific certificates or licenses required
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team training and supervision
- Quick decision-making skills to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction
