Responsibilities

- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems, including handling cash drawers and performing retail math calculations.
- Assist customers with retail lending options, including explaining loan products, processing loan applications, and supporting loan collections efforts when necessary.
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently within financial software systems to ensure precise record-keeping of sales, transactions, and customer information.
- Conduct retail store activities such as inventory management, shelf organization, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cashier responsibilities including processing payments via various methods, balancing the cash drawer at shift’s end, and ensuring secure cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions related to banking products, financial services, or retail offerings with transparency and professionalism.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred; familiarity with retail store operations is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling, transaction processing, and retail math calculations.
- Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems will help streamline daily tasks.
- Knowledge of banking or financial services—such as loan processing or collections—enhances your ability to support customers effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
