Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or hold a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct therapy to children and adolescents in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop engaging therapy sessions adapted to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student success
