About the Role:
TFG’s San Diego office location is seeking an efficient & intuitive Client Services Coordinator to support business processing and client service. Partnering with TFG’s resource team, the candidate we seek will work on a significant range of duties and assignments, which may require judgement and initiative in order to provide our clients and advisors with superior service. This is an in person position working in person at the San Diego office location.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Interacting with financial advisors and their clients to process new business, secure forms, pull client reports and statements
- Process account updates and perform routine maintenance while researching and resolving technical issues as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, client meeting materials and other documents
- File and obtain documents and reference materials within compliance guidelines for advisors and clients
- Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain advisor’s appointment schedule
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and coordinate project-based work
Requirements:
- Must meet background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Customer service oriented with strong writing, speaking, communication and phone skills
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proactive, personable, dependable, organized and able to meet deadlines
- College Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation: The expected pay range for this position is between $60,000-$72,000 annually. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
