Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator (ERP) with strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP Administration, System Architecture, Development, and Manufacturing ERP Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic customization, system administration, SQL development, C# programming, REST API integrations, and ERP optimization while supporting business operations across manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the administration, development, and optimization of the Epicor Kinetic ERP environment.
- Design and develop Epicor Kinetic customizations using Application Studio, BPMs, BAQs, and C#.
- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics using SSRS, Power BI, EDA, EDD, and FPA.
- Manage system upgrades, Solution Workbench migrations, security, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement scalable ERP solutions.
- Support Epicor Kinetic rollout, process improvements, and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot functional, technical, and operational ERP issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and deliver end-user training.
- Support additional enterprise applications integrated with the ERP environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience.
- Proven experience leading or supporting a full Epicor implementation or major Epicor Kinetic upgrade.
- Strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic modules including Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, MRP, BOM/MOM, Production Scheduling, and Logistics.
- Hands-on experience with Application Studio, Solution Workbench, BPMs, BAQs, SSRS, Microsoft Report Builder, SSMS, SQL Server, and C#.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in database design, reporting, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating Epicor with third-party systems using REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Epicor Data Analytics (EDA), Epicor Data Discovery (EDD), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA).
- Experience implementing AI-driven ERP integrations and business process automation.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, governance, and system security.
- Experience mentoring users and delivering technical training.
- Ability to lead ERP modernization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
