Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Toddler Teacher to become a part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will design and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities that foster early childhood development. You will be responsible for supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of toddlers while ensuring a safe, positive classroom space. This role provides a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children through compassionate care and creative instruction.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a curriculum appropriate for toddlers
- Oversee daily classroom operations to maintain a clean, secure, and stimulating space for all children
- Guide toddlers through activities that promote early developmental milestones, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Provide regular updates to parents regarding their child's behavior, milestones, and development through face-to-face communication and our dedicated App
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage a harmonious and positive classroom environment
- Work closely with fellow educators on classroom strategies and lesson planning to optimize educational outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated background working with young children
- Understanding of early childhood education practices and fundamental child development principles
- Practical experience creating early education curriculum tailored specifically to toddlers
- Excellent communication abilities to support meaningful parent engagement and collaborative teamwork
- Proven ability to cultivate a nurturing classroom culture while managing student behavior effectively
