Schedule: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts (Day, Evening & Night Available)
Pay Range: $31.20 – $40.40/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

- ️ Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)
As an RN, you’ll serve as a clinical leader on the floor—guiding care, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional clinical and emotional support.

Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols

Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members

Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions

Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills

Compassionate, resident-centered mindset

BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
