Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Optical Sales Associate who is confident selling and motivated by results.
If you are someone who enjoys helping patients look and see their best while achieving strong sales, this position is for you. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable recommending premium lens options and eyewear.
We are hiring within ONE WEEK.
Compensation:
Starting at $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Optical experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
What You'll Do
- Help patients select frames and lens packages
- Confidently recommend premium lenses, coatings, and upgrades
- Meet and exceed optical sales goals
- Educate patients on products that improve vision and lifestyle
- Process eyewear orders accurately
- Deliver an excellent patient experience while maintaining productivity

- Retail or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers select eyewear that meets their style, fit, and vision needs.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Assist with inventory management and ensuring the store is well-organized.
- Provide support to the optometrist during eye exams when needed.
- Process sales transactions, order, claims and handle customer inquiries.
- Schedule and verify insurance benefits.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
Schedule and Locations:
Must be available 4 days a week 8:00 am-5:30 pm. Schedule is usually Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Scheduled at 2 different office locations one in Arlington area and another in St John's area.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
