- Must be able to provide excellent customer service and surpass all our customers’ demands & expectations.
Job Description
- Day to day activities will require applicants to refer to service history, inspect vehicle, and recommend service to clients.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, maintenance plans, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
- The right individual will have experience in a dealership environment , strong sales skills, and high customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- Two-Five years' experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred
- Team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite, Xtime, and Text2Drive proficiency a plus
- Excellent customer service skills paired with a professional attitude, appearance and demeanor
