Job Summary
We are a well-established locksmith company in Tucson, AZ looking to hire a motivated and dependable experienced Locksmith to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a working knowledge of mechanical skills who is ready to work, learn, and grow in the field. On-site training will be provided.

Duties
- Perform automotive locksmith services such as program, cut, and originate automative transponder and smart keys. (Experience with EEPROM is preferred)
- Perform lockout services, such as vehicle and home lockouts.
- Perform basic locksmith services, such as rekeys, lock changes, and fresh installations with both residential and commercial hardware.
- Strong communication skills with customers and maintaining a professional and courteous attitude on every job.
- Travel to job sites throughout Tucson using your own vehicle.
- Learn and adapt to company procedures and new locksmith techniques over time.
Qualifications
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Smartphone with data (for GPS, job assignments, and communication)
- Ability to work with basic tools and perform hands-on tasks
- Availability to work 6 days per week
- Professional locksmith experience or experience in service trades (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, mechanic)
Compensation
- Commission-based pay. Earnings depend on jobs completed. High performers have strong earning potential. Will be paid weekly.
