We are now expanding and seeking motivated Project Managers to join our storm restoration sales team.
Position Overview
This is not a desk job. As a Project Manager, you’ll be the face of our company in the field, meeting with homeowners, educating them on storm restoration solutions, and guiding them through the process from inspection to project completion.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals and door-to-door canvassing.
- Inspect storm-damaged properties and provide accurate assessments.
- Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claim processes.
- Present estimates, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Previous sales, construction, or storm restoration experience is a plus (not required).
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel within storm-affected areas.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
- 100% Commission Only
- Profit Split on Jobs Sold
- $100/ Day training for the first week

Pay: $85,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
