Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Trouble shoots same to component level specifications.

Know how to navigate Windows OS.

Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.

Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
