Job Summary
Brain Health USA is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote practice serving clients nation wide. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Assessments: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Therapeutic Services: Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals—to deliver holistic care.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for clients by offering referrals and connecting them to community resources.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health care and participate in ongoing professional training and supervision.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid LMFT license in the state of California.
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in clinical assessment and therapy with expertise in standardized diagnostic evaluations.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and California state regulations regarding mental health care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting Salary: $120,000 per year.
- Schedule: Flexible work schedule with opportunities for both full-time and part-time employment.
- Job Type: Remote
- Option to supervise up to 6 AMFTs $450 each, $2,700 a month additional compensation(must be licensed for two years)
