We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join a fully integrated behavioral health team serving adults, mothers, and families across the Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist with a background in health psychology, primary care, behavioral medicine, or integrated behavioral health who enjoys collaborating directly with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
You will work as part of a patient-centered medical home alongside OB/GYN physicians, CNMs, APRNs, and a Women's Health Psychiatrist, providing evidence-based behavioral health services within a collaborative medical setting.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
What You'll Do:
- Provide behavioral health consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within an integrated medical setting
- Serve as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) on primary care teams
- Provide short-term, evidence-based behavioral health interventions
- Support patients experiencing common physical and mental health concerns
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other members of the care team
- Provide care coordination and consultation to medical staff
- Utilize behavioral health screening and outcome measurement tools
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record
- Apply trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices
- Participate in hospital and residency meetings
- Collaborate across inpatient and outpatient services
- Help develop and expand collaborative care services
- Provide opportunities for teaching residents, presenting didactics, and facilitating support groups

Required:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited training program
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an integrated behavioral health or primary care setting
- Active, unrestricted Florida license to practice independently as a Clinical Psychologist
- Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party payers
- Ability to meet applicable medical staff credentialing requirements
