In this leadership role, you will oversee and perform the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, guide installation crews, and ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Install residential and commercial systems
- Ensure work meets code, specs, and company standards
- Train and support junior installers and helpers
- Communicate with customers and team members
- Maintain safe, clean job sites
- Troubleshoot and verify system performance
- Complete job documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- Ability to lead a team and manage job timelines
- Good driving record required
- Drug test required
