At Ashton Medical Lodge, our nurses are the heart of our clinical care. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to deliver high-quality, continuous care to our residents. In this role, you will lead direct care activities, collaborate closely with attending physicians, and ensure every resident's clinical care plan is executed with warmth.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $30–$35/hr, scaling upward with experience
- Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM)

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and specialized clinical care per physician orders.
- Conduct clinical assessments, monitor health status, and document changes in condition promptly.
- Maintain complete and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with facility standards.
- Lead and support floor CNAs during shift assignments to maintain balanced direct patient care.
- Coordinate care plans and updates with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and resident families.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
