Hatton Family Support Services is a growing, locally owned provider supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are looking for dependable, compassionate Direct Support Professionals who want to make a meaningful difference while working in a smaller, person-centered environment.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals live as independently and safely as possible in their homes and communities. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
- Supporting individuals with meals, household tasks, and routines
- Providing transportation and assistance with community activities
- Supporting individual goals and independence
- Following individualized support and behavior plans
- Medication assistance as permitted and trained
- Completing required daily documentation
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Communicating with supervisors and other members of the individual's support team
Pay
$17.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
CNA, DSP, home health, caregiving, or developmental-disability experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

- Compassionate and patient
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working directly with individuals with disabilities
- Able to complete required training and background screening
- Able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Willing to follow HFSS policies and each individual's support plan
