Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
- Weekly Pay: $1,900–$2,200/week based on experience
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within a fast-paced emergency care environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to assess, treat, and educate patients while maintaining exceptional clinical standards and accurate medical documentation.
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients within the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Assist with examinations, emergency procedures, and treatments
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and patient records
- Respond effectively to emergency situations in a high-acuity environment
- Follow all patient safety, infection prevention, and facility policies and procedures
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while working independently and collaboratively
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Additional certifications may be required per facility guidelines
- Emergency Department nursing experience required
- Experience working in fast-paced acute care or emergency settings preferred
- Must possess technical skills relevant to emergency nursing care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
