An exceptional QSR group is seeking to add a District Manager
This role is ideal for a candidate with QSR multi-unit experience in the range of 3-6 restaurants.
This is a very hands-on role, so we want leaders who are accustomed to putting boots on the ground.
District Manager Requirements:
- A very strong work ethic with a positive and winning attitude
- A solid work history in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Must have high volume QSR or Fast Casual experience.
- Astute business acumen with the ability to teach, coach & drive results
- Hands-on leadership style; this is NOT an administrative role.
- Ability to develop leaders using a servant mentality approach
District Manager Compensation:
- Competitive salary 80-95k base.

This is an operations leadership role where your time will be spent in locations working alongside your direct reports and teams.
This role will typically encompass longer days, 5 days a week, with no late nights involved.
