Role Overview: We’re seeking an energetic and compassionate Health & Wellness Specialist (Treatment Provider)Health & Wellness Specialist to provide hands-on treatments using our advanced devices. No prior device experience is required — we provide full training. What matters most is a positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Preference to MA’s and LPNs.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver safe and effective treatments after thorough training and certification
● Educate patients on treatment options and wellness benefits
● Support patient care before, during, and after sessions
● Maintain treatment rooms and equipment with cleanliness and care
● Assist with events, open houses, and patient engagement activities
● Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
● Friendly, approachable personality and a passion for wellness
● Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
● Professional appearance and communication
● Comfort working directly with patients in a hands-on setting
● Experience in aesthetics, fitness, wellness, or healthcare is a plus but not required
