Part/Full Time Optician Needed! Pre-Optometry Students Welcome
Looking for a friendly employee with good customer service skills and willingness to learn optical. Booth Optometry Group is an easy to moderate-paced office with a warm atmosphere. Must be good at multi-tasking and math, be a fast learner, and be very detail oriented. Optical experience preferred, but willing to train if you are the right applicant.
Tasks include:
1. Helping patients with ordering lenses, styling patients in frames
2. Answering phones/text messages, scheduling appointments.
3. Contact lens training for patients
4. Troubleshooting orders. Billing vision insurances
5. Pretesting
Mondays and Fridays are currently needed, and can add more days if the candidate is the right fit for the office. Each day is an 7.5-8 hour shift (9-5:30pm) on Mon-Fri, and Saturdays 9-2pm (5 hours).
Bonus structure and vacation benefits offered for full time employees, (and part time employees after 1 year) Bonus based on sales.
