SJ WILEY NOW HIRING HEAVY MACHINERY OPERATORS
SJ Wiley is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Heavy Machinery Operators to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will operate heavy equipment on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, tractors, and loaders.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Transport materials and machinery to and from job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure job sites are compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and construction crews to support project timelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting.
- Valid certifications and licenses (e.g., CDL, heavy equipment operator’s license).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific machinery types (e.g., cranes, graders).
- Previous experience working in heavy civil construction or roadwork.
