Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of OSI (Office of School Improvement) projects.

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Collect data and complete slide presentations for the DISD Board, district, and community stakeholders.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
-
Ensure that all OSI projects and deliverables are completed on-time.

Ensure projects are aligned to the OSI pillars and goals.
-
Proactively assess and analyze any risks and issues that may compromise project team performance and develop plans to remove or mitigate them.

Represent the OSI in district and community meetings.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university: Master’s Degree preferred.

Five plus years of experience in strategic planning, project management and knowledge of the education field experience preferred.

Proven working experience in project management, process improvement, and planning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately with various personnel.
-
Professional development presentation experience.
