As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our food preparation and sanitation standards are met. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to follow sanitation guidelines diligently.
