What This Role Looks Like
- Diagnose and service residential HVAC systems across all major brands
- Perform maintenance and repairs with a high level of accuracy and documenting on Service Titan software.
- Occasionally assist with start-ups or installation support
- Clearly educate homeowners on Repairs or replacement options

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- EPA certified
- Comfortable with modern field software (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
- Able to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Knowledge of IAQ and maintenance agreements
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
