Nissan of Bay Shore, is actively pursuing a full-time Special Finance BDC Agent to join our successful finance Department.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responding to online sales inquiries via phone, e-mail, and text to set vehicle presentation appointments for the dealership.
Following up with unsold showroom traffic to reappoint them to come back.
- Answering incoming phone calls utilizing a specific scripting process to achieve a high appointment rate.
- Collect information for credit apps/insurance.
- Take customers on test drives.
- Following up with previously sold customers to see if they are interested in upgrading.
- Other tasks as needed to assist the dealership management team.
- Report to the manager regarding objectives, daily/weekly call volume plans, etc.
- Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for dealership personnel.
- Follow up with clients that were in the dealership.
- Experience with internet and computer applications a must!
Candidate must be very customer-service focused, have excellent phone skills and be extremely computer literate. Must have strong typing skills and an excellent grasp of sentence structure and grammar. Previous BDC experience is preferred. Open availability is essential in this position as evening and weekend hours are required.
