Michael House is a transitional housing facility that provides housing to individuals who are released from incarceration/detox to our housing for 3-12 months. The goal is to provide our clients with the resources to succeed and transition into independent permanent housing.
Duties:
- Must be a provisionally licensed PLADC with no barriers or fully licensed LADC
- or
- Must be a provisionally licensed PLIMHP/PLMHP with no barriers or fully licensed LIMHP/LMHP
- Must be experienced on EHR software
- Must have prior experience in this field
- Develop and implement the program plan
- Ensure we are complaint with federal, state, Medicaid and other professional requirements.
- Ability to work independently with some supervision, with responsibility to exercise substantial discretion and independent judgement.
- Understanding of and ability to work with person of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Attend outreach events from other organizations
