Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve breakfast items, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as setting up buffets or replenishing items as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special dietary requests promptly
- Support catering or banquet functions when required, helping set up and serve meals efficiently
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous barista or café experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with beverage service
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Food industry or restaurant experience is beneficial; dietary aide or catering background is a bonus
