Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment, power tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Identify work priorities
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, during the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members
- Will be required to troubleshooting of repairing problems with possible heavy lifting

Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with machine operation
- Experience power tools, and hand tools is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
*** Positions are contract-to-hire with hiring bonus
*** 1st shift hiring bonus- $3,000. $1,000 paid after 90 days and $2,000 paid after 180 days
*** 2nd shift hiring bonus- $5,000. $2,000 paid after 90 days and $3,000 paid after180 days
