What You’ll Do
- Assemble complex electrical systems, control panels, wiring harnesses, and components for custom HVAC/climate control equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and work instructions with precision.
- Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, component installation, and functional testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical assemblers, engineers, and quality teams to deliver flawless builds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during assembly and testing phases.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while upholding the highest quality standards.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of electrical assembly or wiring experience (defense, aerospace, industrial, or commercial HVAC preferred).
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, crimpers, multimeters, and basic electrical testing equipment.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Soldering
- Forklift experience.
