DIESEL LUBE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a full-time Diesel Lube Tech to add to our team. This job will allow you to work on many different types of diesel vehicles within our tow fleet. If you enjoy providing repairs and maintenance, helping others by providing great customer service, and can complete mechanic-natured work in a timely manner, this position is for you.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A DIESEL LUBE TECH?
We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual who wants to build a career in the diesel industry. This is an entry-level position in our in-house fleet shop, maintaining our own Cummins-powered tow trucks; Dodge 5500s, Hino, Peterbilt, and heavy wreckers. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
We take pride in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient shop. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Grease trucks and equipment
- Rotate and change tires
- Perform basic electrical and wiring repairs
- Assist mechanics with repairs and maintenance
- Maintain shop cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, organizing)
- Empty waste oil containers and maintain fluid disposal areas
- Complete other shop duties as assigned, every day is different
Qualifications:
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Previous lube technician experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience working on diesel trucks is a plus
- High school Auto Shop or vocational training is a plus
- Must have basic hand tools to perform oil changes and routine maintenance
- Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing on large tow trucks and heavy wreckers
- Willing to get dirty and work in all shop conditions
- Able to follow directions and work safely
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license, CDL is required.

You will have a schedule that provides a healthy work/life balance. You will be paid an hourly rate starting at $19/hr DOE and all training is paid. We provide paid time off and paid sick leave after 90 days.
