Semi-Local CDL Class A Driver – Home Weekends Guaranteed + 1–2 Days During the Week (Potential for Additional Home Time Based on Location), Strong Pay
Terminal Addresses:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Gross Pay: $1,200 – $1,700 per week
- Pay Rate: $0.60 – $0.69 per mile
- Employment Type: W2 (Full Benefits Included)
Additional Pay & Bonuses:
- Paid Orientation: $240 (1 day)
- DOT Clean Inspection Bonus: Up to $150 per inspection

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Follow all safety protocols during loading and unloading operations.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Present a professional, neat, and clean personal appearance.
- Accurately record deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with dispatchers, clients, and team members about delivery status and any issues encountered.
- Comply with company policies, safety standards, and all traffic laws.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 23 years old.
- Experience: At least 24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer (semi-combination) driving experience in the last 48 months
- Driving record: No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years while operating a personal or commercial vehicle. No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
- Work history: Consistent driving employment with no extended gaps in the past 3 years.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure full safety compliance.
- Language: Must be able to speak and understand English.

- This position requires you to commute at your own expense to one of our terminals in either Wisconsin Rapids, WI, or Sturtevant, WI (approximately 30 minutes south of Milwaukee). We guarantee home time every weekend, although you may choose to stay out longer if you prefer. Secure parking is available at both terminal locations for your personal vehicle.
