American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) position in Boston, requiring prior travel nursing experience and at least 2 years of pediatric or adult congenital heart disease critical care experience.

Position is based in a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) at a major children's hospital

Patient population includes children and adults with congenital heart disease requiring critical care
-
Float requirement includes MSICU, MICU, NICU, and ACCU
-
Schedule is a 50/50 day/night rotation on 3x12-hour shifts, with day shifts running 7:00–19:30 and night shifts running 19:00–7:30; permanent nights may also be available

Weekend requirement: 3 out of every 6 weekends

No on-call responsibilities

Active MA RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS and PALS

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU, CVICU, or CICU setting

Experience caring for children and/or adults with congenital heart disease required

Prior travel nursing experience required — first-time travelers will not be considered

Provide critical care nursing to a high-acuity pediatric and congenital heart disease patient population

Flexibility to float across multiple units, including MSICU, MICU, NICU, and ACCU, is required
