Job Description:
Beauty Master is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable K-Beauty Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves Korean beauty products, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently lead and motivate a sales team.
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily store operations while serving as a role model for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the K-Beauty sales team on the floor
- Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on K-Beauty products
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory, and product launches
- Help achieve and exceed sales goals
- Communicate effectively with store management
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or beauty sales experience (K-Beauty experience preferred)
- Leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred
- Passion for skincare, cosmetics, and K-Beauty trends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Spanish and Portuguese speaking preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
