What You’ll Do
As a Spa Guest Care Associate, your role blends guest-facing responsibilities with back-of-house support.
Guest Experience & Sales
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, serving as the face of the brand.
- Educate guests on our amenities, pricing, and the benefits of integrating RÖK SPAS into their wellness routines.
- Actively promote and sell memberships, packages, and passes, contributing to the overall sales goals of RÖK SPAS.
- Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
- Manage bookings and appointments through the MindBody system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Facility Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness of all spa areas and amenities
- Stock and replenish towels, slippers, and supplies to ensure a consistently inviting environment.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks to support daily operations.
- Support guests with education while monitoring for safety and ensuring spa rules are followed.
What You’ll Bring
- Customer service experience.
- A strong passion for health, wellness, and self-care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying laundry.
- Scheduling flexibility, including availability on weekends.
- Familiarity with the MindBody system (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
