Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Complex Director of Sales to lead our sales initiatives across multiple business units within a dynamic corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to enterprise clients and corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage and mentor high-performing sales teams, including managing sales strategy or development teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Drive new business development efforts through targeted outreach, leveraging outside sales techniques and marketing collaborations to expand the customer base.
- Oversee account management activities to nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce Cloud and other sales management systems proficiency to track pipeline activity, analyze sales data, generate reports, and inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiate complex deals with executive-level stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support company growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads for technical SaaS products and enterprise solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis using sales analytics & reporting tools to monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Experience
- Extensive experience in outside sales within a corporate or enterprise selling environment, demonstrating success in managing large-scale B2B sales initiatives.
- Proven leadership in managing sales strategy or development teams within a technology or SaaS (Software as a Service) context.
- Strong background in business development management, including prospecting new clients and expanding existing accounts through strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Cloud platform and other sales management systems; familiarity with sales analytics & reporting tools is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals at the executive level while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Experience working within a corporate sales environment that emphasizes technical solutions, enterprise selling strategies, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal performance data to inform strategic planning.
