Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic hospitality crew. In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while supporting food preparation and service. Duties
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning food items.
- Support catering and banquet events by helping with setup, cleanup, and food handling as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including counters, floors, and storage spaces in compliance with health standards.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all ingredients and prepared foods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards and cleaning practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members during busy service times.
- Experience with catering, banquet events, or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory.
