Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager – Double Cut

In this role, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, developing and inspiring associates, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Through hands-on leadership, coaching, and positive encouragement, they inspire their team to deliver exceptional hospitality while fostering an environment where people feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed together.
Salary Range: $55,000- $65,000/yr
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
· Lead, coach, and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams by training associates, managing performance, and fostering a positive team culture.
· Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls to support financial goals and maintain operational standards.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and opening/closing procedures.
What We’re Looking For
· 1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume, casual or fine dining hospitality-driven environment.
· Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
· Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and food safety practices.
· Experience handling guest relations, resolving issues professionally, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
· Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
