This person should love dogs- and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!
About the Pet Parent Coordinator Role:

The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups.

Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.

Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person.

Check pups in and out of daycare.

Share information about our daycare packages and memberships with Pet Parents.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
-
1-2 years in a sales or customer service-related role
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Previous sales experience (preference for prior work in a sales quota structure)

Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.

High school diploma required.
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
-
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
-
Must be able to check dogs in and out and manage leashed dogs during the check in process.
