We are looking for a Per Diem Group Facilitator to work on the 5PM to 9PM shift.
Qualifications:
- Each applicant shall be either an LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LAC
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct group therapy sessions for IOP level of care
- Complete group notes that support clinical necessity and progress toward treatment plan goals;
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and Primary Therapist to help develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment;
- Responsible to deliver appropriate topic on scheduled groups;
- Responsible to complete all group notes in a timely manner;
- Document all services provided in EMR on the day of service;
- Knowledge of company’s policy and procedures;
- Adhere to all regulations and documentation requirements in regards to client care and compliance of all client care;
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
