We're Hiring: Licensed Outpatient Addiction Counselor

Tara Treatment Center is looking for a full-time Licensed Outpatient Addiciton Counselor to lead our outpatient program. This position offers a high level of autonomy while working alongside a supportive clinical team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

- Is passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, addiction studies, mental health, or a closely related health or human services field, plus two (2) or more years of post-bachelor's professional experience in addiction treatment, counseling, or behavioral health required.
- OR Master's degree in social work, social services, addiction studies, mental health, or a closely related health or human services field, plus one (1) or more years of post-master's professional experience in addiction treatment, therapy, counseling, or behavioral health.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted state licensure or certification as a social worker, professional counselor, therapist, or addiction counselor is required. Licenses or certifications with designations such as supervisee, temporary, in-training, provisional, or other similarly restricted credentials do not meet this requirement.
