Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and quality standards
- Baking, dealing with 600 degrees oven, prepping food (including making dough), shaping pretzels, and buttering.
- Operate POS systems such as Toast to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Manage food service customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines throughout your shift
- Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give accurate change
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including Oven, Dough Mixer, and other food prep tools
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
- Assist in food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulation
- Able to work day shift 9am-4pm, night shift at least 2 times a week 12pm-8pm
- Working Saturdays is a must
- Experience:
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred especially Wetzel’s Pretzels OR Auntie Anne’s.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is a plus
- Food preparation or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately
- Experience in food safety management, sanitation practices, or kitchen operations is beneficial
- Customer service background with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
